HLHK SWIMMING
The HLHK Swimming Program is unmatched! We offer a developmental milestone program designed to take your swimming journey as far as you desire as a Beginner to a Competitive swimmer. Our swim program is tailored for all swimmers of all ages starting at nine (9) months. The programs offered are as follows:
- Learn 2 Swim Program (L2S): Built to enhance your skills from beginner, intermediate, to advance. We accept ages nine (9) months to Adulthood. It’s never too early or too late to begin!
- Developmental Stroke School (DSS): Designed to improve stroke technique and conditioning. This program is a milestone from the Learn 2 Swim Program. DSS is also perfect for swimmers that seek more development before joining a club team and for High School swimmers that seek additional technical training to become stronger and more competitive.
- USA Swimming Competitive Team: HLHK SEALs: SEALs consist of swimmers who have the ability, desire and commitment to continue and develop their competitive swimming career with HLHK.
- Adult Swim: Program designed for Adult swimmers whether to learn to swim, stay in shape or compete.
Henry Co Training
Henry County represents our commitment to expanding access to comprehensive aquatic education and development for families throughout the community.
We want to serve the child who has never been in a swimming pool, the elementary school student preparing for a summer camp swim test, the middle school athlete exploring competitive swimming, the high school swimmer seeking advanced instruction, and the adult who wants to improve their skills or pursue lifelong aquatic fitness.
We want Henry County families to have access to more than a collection of disconnected swim lessons.
