HLHK Developmental Stroke School (DSS) introduces young athletes to the world of competitive swimming! Through the application of drills, skills, basic swimming fundamentals and race strategies, our DSS students are taught an appreciation of the sport. We teach the swimmer to perform all four competitive strokes legally for 25-100 yards. Swimmers must be able to complete 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke unassisted.  Sessions last 60 minutes.

Annual Registration: $170

Monthly Dues: $90-$260 (1-5 Classes Per Week)

Drop In Rate: $40 Per Class *Non Member
