Healthy Lifestyles, Healthy Kids, Inc. (HLHK) is 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2008 with a dedicated mission to address the public health issues of obesity and drowning through year-round competitive sports and educational programming to promote healthy behavior for all.

HLHK has a track record of providing quality programs in Basketball, Soccer, and has been an innovative leader in aquatics working with youth building not only championship-level athletes but also being intentional in helping them carve a career pathway beyond sports.

Our program is for all athletic ages and abilities.The programs designed for the youth are to help them develop leadership and teamwork skills,along with our adult programs we promote a healthy active lifestyle.
