HLHK SEALs Team: SEALs consist of swimmers who have the ability, desire and commitment to continue and develop their competitive swimming career with HLHK. This program is tailored for swimmers who have dedicated themselves to the sport of swimming, and are capable of consistently performing difficult training sets in practice, working towards becoming State finalists and Sectionals qualifiers.

Workouts are challenging and designed to help athletes qualify for the State and Sectional meet. In addition, many members of the SEALs swim concurrently with their middle and high school swim teams.

HLHK Select SEALs: This is the highest level competitive group that we offer. Recommended for swimmers who wish to participate in Sectional, National and potentially International competitions with a strong emphasis on USA Junior Nationals.  Select State swimmers are already at the Sectional level with goals of finalling at Sectionals.  Our State Select group is high intensity, highly technical, and focused on the three main areas of improvement in swimming: Technique, Strength, and Endurance.

This high intensity/ high reward group trains 6-7 pool practices a week, 2 dryland practices per week and offers structured strength programs as well. Swimming in college is another main objective of swimmers in the HLHK SELECT Group and assistance with the recruiting process is offered to all group members. There is also a strong emphasis on community service as well as giving back and being leaders of HLHK.
